What do I need for a yoga class? What do I wear? Do I bring my own mat?

All you need to come take a class is to wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Imagine that you’re laying on the floor with you legs spread open, you’re going to want to wear something that covers you nicely, and doesn’t bunch up, or restrict your movement. We provide mats, blocks, towels, water, and anything else you would need to use in class, but you can always feel free to bring your own as well. You can bring your phone, but we ask that you turn it off or on silent and leave it in the lobby in one of our cubbies we provide for you. We do not use shoes or socks in any of our classes either.
